Domestic Shipments

VH Audio is pleased to announce a FREE ground shipping option for orders over $100 (within contiguous U.S.A.) This option will be fulfilled using our choice of USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground/Saver. In most cases, this means USPS Priority Mail, but some WI, MN, or IL may use UPS

We also offer your choice of UPS shipping methods (at additional cost). You'll find several premium shipping options by UPS that allow for even faster delivery times.

"Time in transit" is BUSINESS days.

International Shipments

US Postal Service Priority Mail International - Usually is delivered within 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Provides tracking number, and optional insurance may be purchased. In some countries, the Express Mail option (below) must be selected in order to purchase insurance.

US Postal Service Express Mail International - Usually takes 5 BUSINESS days or less. Tracking number is provided, and there is automatically $100 (U.S) worth of insurance included, or up to declared value (whichever is less). Additional insurance must be purchased separately.

US Postal Service First Class International - Available only for parcels UNDER 4 lbs. Usually is delivered within 10 BUSINESS DAYS, but there have been occasions where the package may take many weeks. NO TRACKING NUMBER IS AVAILABLE, and no insurance is available. This is the least expensive way to ship, but also the HIGHEST risk for loss or prolonged delivery times. We HIGHLY recommend Priority or Express Mail for time-critical packages. This option is only offered for highly price sensitive individuals who are willing to assume the risk of loss.

UPS Worldwide - The most expensive international method we offer, but also the fastest and most reliable. A good option for time-critical packages, where price is of secondary concern.

All Shipments

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, with many orders shipped same business day. We reserve the right to delay shipping up to 3 days without notice, during periods of heavy workload. Orders are shipped factory direct from our Wisconsin, USA location.

VH Audio will typically e-mail a shipping acknowledgment within 2 business days, and will also provide a tracking number, if your method of shipment provides one.

In order to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, we give you the option to purchase insurance separately. Please contact us to purchase insurance for your order.

Our responsibility for damaged or lost merchandise ends after we deliver to courier. Unless you purchase shipping insurance, all shipment loss or damage is at your (buyer's) risk.
