Furutech DSS-4.1 Speaker Cable (bulk)

The new Furutech DSS-4.1 (11 AWG) speaker cable is Furutech's newest, top-of-the-line bulk speaker cable, available for DIY termination into your favorite speaker cable connectors. The DSS-4.1 is virtually identical to the Furutech DPS-4.1 POWER CABLE, but it omits the safety ground. The DSS-4.1 OCC–DUCC bulk Speaker Cable is constructed using a combination of DUCC (Ultra Crystallized High Purity Copper and Furutech’s own "Alpha" OCC.

What makes the Furutech DSS-4.1 Speaker Cable especially appealing (aside from its sonic performance), is DIY'ers now have access to a State-of-the-Art bulk speaker cable that can ALSO have the finished appearance of >$10k commercially finished cables, when you also utilize the Furutech Speaker Cable Splitters (sold separately).

Furutech's DUCC Ultra Crystallized High Purity Copper is supplied and regulated with strict quality control by Mitsubishi Materials Industries. MMI is a leading manufacturer of the highest-purity oxygen-free copper in the world. Mitsubishi's process uses newly developed technology that optimally aligns the crystals while reducing the number of crystal-grain boundaries.

The DSS 4.1 Speaker Cable comes included with a textile sheath/covering which is soft to the touch, and very attractive. This cable has a shield, and is designed not to need connection at either end, per Furutech's recommendation. Flexibility is exceptional, and much better than many speaker cables of this AWG and/or diameter.

The Furutech Cable Splitters (sold separately) for the DSS-4.1 are packaged as a set of 4, for one pair of completed cables and make a great 'breakout boot' for the + and - pigtails.
